His comprehensive approach allows him to offer lessons across various disciplines, ensuring that skaters receive well-rounded training. Rhea is particularly adept at both on- and off-harness work, which enhances his students' technical skills and overall performance.

After taking a 14-year hiatus from competing, Rhea made a triumphant return to competitive skating, earning the title of gold medalist at the 2024 Adult Nationals in Championship Masters Intermediate-Novice Men and securing contracts as a performer in ice shows. These remarkable achievements speak to his dedication and skill, and also fuels his passion for coaching.
