Alyona Bilash is a USFS-certified figure skating coach and licensed physical therapist who integrates technical instruction with injury-preventive training to support balanced athlete development. With a strong background in biomechanics, movement analysis, and rehabilitation, she integrates her medical knowledge into every aspect of skating instruction.
Her approach emphasizes the connection between efficient technique and physical well-being, ensuring that skaters not only build strong foundational skills but also train in ways that prevent injury and support long-term growth.
